Refund policy
Returns, damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept any returns without prior authorisation.
If you want to return your items, please email hello@threerobins.co.uk to make arrangements and to be given a return authorisation code.
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All individual packs must remain unopened and not consumed. Individual packs cannot be returned on their own, but please let us know if you had any problems with your order and we will do our best to make it up to you.
Cancellation
Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. If it arrives and you are still unsatisfied, email hello@threerobins.co.uk and we will help you from there.
